Rudy and his assistant Shelby were very professional throughout the duration of our time together. I was in need of a Lawyer, though I received much more than this singular obligation on behalf of their hard work and dedication. Rudy was blunt and straight forward; however, he fought and defended me all the while I was thousands of miles away. I can not thank them enough.

Mr. Loewenstein has an incredibly rude, jaded, and unhelpful woman answering phones and handling client needs who will do him no justice. Instead of listening to my requests and providing me with an appointment or getting me into the right person's hands, I was belittled and berated because she was too impatient to deal with me. This secretary has cost Mr. Loewenstein the amount of retainer hours that could have amounted to $10,000 - $25,000 - which is what I have agreed to pay the legal counsel I moved forward with instead. A strong firm is only as good as its team and this secretary stripped all confidence away from me and my associates. I would not recommend working with this firm until Mr. Loewenstein reorganizes his staff and ensures his team is providing unparalleled customer service. There are far too many quality attorneys available to tolerate such disrespect from his supporting staff.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Attorney Rudolph “Rudy” Loewenstein and his office manager Shelby were very professional and courteous in the way they handled my case and the outcome was bound what I expected. I was facing charges that would have really affected my future; I went to see Rudy and explained to him what the situation. He took the case and was very direct and realistic with what we should expect. For a year he worked on the case all the while keeping me updated on the progress and any questions I had, I would email his office and promptly get a reply either by him or by Shelby his office assistant. For that year, he had me attend classes, do community service and build my side of the case up. The day of the trail while I was thinking about minimum damage, maybe probation and a fine, Rudy got the charges dismissed…. I was beyond ecstatic. It was a tough year of worrying about the outcome, it felt like a ton of weight lifted off my chest. I cannot recommend Rudy’s law firm enough, if you follow his game plan and let him work the case you will be very happy with the outcome. Rudy thank you so much for taking care of this case for me, and Shelby thank you for replying to all my emails promptly…. God bless.
