My experience with Tom O'Connor was one of a kind! After working with other law firms, Tom really showed compassion and got my case handled with great time efficiency and professionalism. I would first like to say that they did exactly what I hired them to do. They got my felony reduced and expunged. And they do respond semi immediately. The founding lawyer was who I worked with and did not feel respected. He was a little rude, and didn’t act like he cared about me. When talking on the phone he came off as though he was talking to a friend not a client. I asked him for advice a few times on how to word things or to get information and just came off as if I was bothering him. With that being said I give this firm a 3 star rating. The lack of compassion really played a major role on my decision to write this review. Lastly I want to say I am not writing this to hurt the firm. This is just my personal opinion based on my first hand experience with them. I will end by saying that if needed I would hire him again.

Fresh start law center and mr Huffman were able to help me do something I didn't think was possible. They got me a fresh start! Yes, corny I know but that is the easiest way for me to describe it. Seriously, fill out their online questionnaire or call them directly. If you decide to give them the opportunity to help you I don't think you will be disappointed.
