I would first like to say that they did exactly what I hired them to do. They got my felony reduced and expunged. And they do respond semi immediately. The founding lawyer was who I worked with and did not feel respected. He was a little rude, and didn’t act like he cared about me. When talking on the phone he came off as though he was talking to a friend not a client. I asked him for advice a few times on how to word things or to get information and just came off as if I was bothering him. With that being said I give this firm a 3 star rating. The lack of compassion really played a major role on my decision to write this review. Lastly I want to say I am not writing this to hurt the firm. This is just my personal opinion based on my first hand experience with them. I will end by saying that if needed I would hire him again.
