Before covid-19 they were a big help but just like everyone or everything after covid-19 I can't seem get anything but voicemail without ever hearing back from them. So it's difficult to give a fair rating , but just a block south is Jennifer Ayers Esq. she has always answered both the phone and the door

Attitude of the clerk was not friendly

Reading some of the comments is just appalling to be honest with you... I did have a hick up in the beginning but that was nobodies fault accept the person who no longer is in the office... I was more then happy with the services I have received in the past, present, and I'm sure in the future. Being a low income grandmother raising 5 grandkids for the last 7 1/2 years I feel blessed to be able to have LSNC to turn to. These people work for us Pro Bono, and I personally think that speaks volumes as to where their passion lies. Shah'ada, Chris, and Mr. Goldberg are my heroes and definitely restored some faith I had lost in the system... so thank you all. If you can afford to go down the block why would you use up their time when there are tons of people with legal issues that would be more grateful to wait for that call back or contact? Patience...

I have found the best Attorney here! And also a paralegal. My attorney is caring and so kind, she truly has helped me so much. I am a survivor of COVID 19 that almost killed me over a year ago. She and my paralegal understand that I am still suffering from the after effects of COVID. My back rent and utilities are being paid. Also I am amazed to find that they are caring enough to get me an extention a couple more months for myself and my daughter. They are dealing with a not so nice landlady, who until COVID I never missed the rent in 4 out of 5yrs. Long story short I highly recommend Legal Services of Northern California!!!
