Mr. Wilson’s is an attorney who shows competence, candor, due diligence, and conviction in the courtroom. I came to Mr. Wilson for a custody issue after my ex had put me in jail for something I did not do, in an attempt to not allow me to see my son. I came to Mr. Wilson on very short notice and had a lot at stake. Mr. Wilson was extremely diligent about familiarizing himself with the facts to my case on such short notice. He was also very competent about how to go about my case and knew what was needed to get what I was asking for. However, Mr. Wilson was very honest about what the outcomes could have been. For all the work that was needed in my case, Mr. Wilson was very reasonably priced and went above and beyond his call of duty. When we went to trial Mr. Wilson was very succinct, clear, and thorough with his presentation. Further, Mr. Wilson showed conviction in trial by showing that my ex’s story didn’t add up. He was quick on his feet about identifying key statements that showed my ex was not telling the truth. I felt a sense of comfort, in a very scary time for me, with Mr. Wilson as my attorney, as if he was protecting me from my ex. Mr. Wilson not only won my case, but he got me sole legal and physical custody of my son. This attorney saved my life and I am forever grateful to this man. I cannot give this man enough credit because not only is he a good attorney, but he is just a good person.

Through my custody battle in 2011 I retained mr. Wilson after him selling himself during my free consultation. After I paid the retainer fee I had never felt more alone I has no help with my end of the paperwork as far as declarations all they did was edit it after I wrote it alone not knowing was I was supposed to disclose. He not once made me feel as though he cared about my case I was completely unprepared for court and mediation and ended up just giving my ex what he wanted because of the bullying I had received from the mediator. I was young and had never ever been through something so difficult. I had no understandings of the laws the procedures and he almost made me late for my court hearing while I waited for him to change out of his sweatpants on our way to court. So basically I wasted time and money I did the paperwork I settled in court for things I knew were wrong due to his lack of educating me on issues in my case he did not speak one word in court for me just stood there and let the mediators take over. I would never recommend this attorney do yourself a favor and find someone else.
