NOT ONLY DID HE FAIL TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME WHATSOEVER,HE HASNT EVEN SPOKE WITH ME ONCE AND MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN GONE FOR ALMOST A YEAR! HE WONT ANSWET CALLS,WONT RETURN MESSAGES,HE HAS NOT DONE 1 GOD DANM THING,HE HAS YET TO KNOW MY NAME IM SURE UNLESS HES HEARD MY MESSAGES AND BLUNTLY REFUSES TO RESPOND OR EVEN PUT FORTH ANY EFFORT TOWARDS MY CASE .WHY WONT YOU JUST GIVE UP ON THE WHOLE WANNABE ATTORNEY DEALIO YOU THINK YOU GOT GOING ON MR.GARCIA

This attorney was appointed in a CPS case was supposed to be fighting for my family to get my kids home did absolutely nothing that I asked him to do . I would call during his office hours nobody EVER Answer the telephone he hardly ever return my calls he kind of screwed me in court by saying some stuff that I had talk to him about that wasn't supposed to be brought up to the judge and not very educated to the way things work here Good thing it was court appointed because I would never pay for an attorney like this !
