David is a very competent, qualified, and talanted attorney. Worked with precision and accuracy. Defended me to the end and never let me stand alone. I would recommend him to everyone. Super dedicated, loyal, and professional. Words just fall short in describing what an asset he was and is. When facing california's justice system, I would want him in my corner everytime. Thank you so much David. Words are meager things when discribing my appreciation.

An extremly diligent and professional attorney. He was compassionate towards my situation, yet, assertive when he needed to be. He was very competent in the legal issues and theories that pertained to my case. He was able to rationalize things for me in a objective manner; helping me make practical decisions. He had very little time when I came to him and I had alot of issues for him to resolve, but he was very quick to react to my situation. He was extremly thorough when going through all my facts and preparing my case for trial. In trial, he was aggressive and still compelling. His diligence really showed in trial and gave me a phenomenal outcome, which saved my career and relationship with my son. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone who wants someone who truly cares.

Was very rude to the point of sounding like the District attorney

Unprofessional, for somebody who's been doing this for "30 years" david has absolutely no sense of urgency if you make the same mistake of paying him upfront do not expect him to even call you back. He uses his "experience" to lure clients into deals that only profit the county plus while he gives you then run around and reasons for not contacting you he will be completely vague on outcomes. He is only affordable because of his quality (or lack thethereof) please do not make the same mistake as I; and seek better, more honest, and And more professional help.

We hired Mr. Carelli to handle a simple divorce for my mother-in-law. However, after accepting our payment he would not return our calls, emails or letters. He also did not file any of the paperwork we had filled out and he had assured us would be filed causing the divorce to enter into default. My mother in law is on a fixed income and is now at risk of losing her retirement due to Mr. Carelli's negligence and lack of work of ethic. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt as he came highly recommended, but there is no excuse for his behavior.

Due to the nature of my particular legal battle, I will leave out the gory details. It will suffice to say that Mr. Carelli handled my case like a professional. Prompt attention, relaxed style and a tremendously sympathetic ear. Hopefully, you will NEVER need an attorney, but if you do -- you know where to go.

Our son has a 73 el camino given to him by his Grandfather, this is his last year of high school and is leaving for Marine boot camp two weeks after graduation. My husband wanted to get a simple paint job before he started driving the car. The shop owner told my husband he could have the car done by cool April nights, but he kept getting the run around about when it would be done. After numerous days( 11 months) of following up about when the car would be finished my husband finally told the shop owner that he was done dealing with him and wanted our car back. The shop owner did not want to give us the car back and started bullying my husband, even though we had already paid him the majority of what was agreed upon. We spoke with Mr Carelli and explained everything to him. He explained some options we had. We told him we just wanted to get our sons car back so he can drive it for the last few months before he leaves. He spoke with the shop owner and with in three days we had the car back. I wish we would have talked to him sooner, it would have saved a lot of stress.
