The DA and my public defender were trying to offer me a felony, a strike, and felony probation for my criminal case! I hired Ryan Birss and once he got a hold of my paperwork it took him less than 24hrs to get me out of jail and get my case dropped to a misdemeanor with informal probation! Thank you so much Ryan.

I was falsely charged due to my sister using my identity. Ryan and his team helped gather evidence to show it wasn’t me. Thankfully he pushed the DA to move fast and to drop the charges. Love the open communication I had with his assistant Courtney as well! Thank you Courtney for all your help! Ryan Birss has stepped up for my family. He has always went over & above what I would expect out of a lawyer. From getting a DUI dropped off of my daughter's record and removing several traffic tickets so that she was able to have her license reinstated to representing my son in several felony cases that never ended up in state prison even though that was the probation department's recommendation. In both cases the DA's office went on record to state they did not agree with the sentencing and wanted him in prison. Ryan is a ray of sunshine that brings hope in this broken system. Ryan was knowledgeable, business like but personable. He was honest and upfront. Didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. We didn't get the outcome we wanted but then again Ryan came in three quarters of the way through. If I would have had Ryan at the get-go I'm sure the outcome would have been different, and if I ever needed a criminal lawyer again I would most definitely call him but hopefully I won't have to.
