I am a normal person, I am no being paid to review Tim, I am just a client who he helped tremendously. I did my research, I also talked to others who went through the process, and others who hired different lawyers, and Tim is always the best. Tim may be busy but he always gets back to you quickly, especially when it comes to lawyers. His crew is amazing and is always around to help with any problems or questions. Not only is he professional, Tim is also very helpful when you have things you don't understand or any concerns, he truly makes the dark cloud of court a lot easier. Timothy Prentiss is the top DUI attorney in Shasta County. Awhile back my boyfriend was charged with a DUI. This guy worked his magic and got the charge dropped to a wet and reckless. We went through his office again last year when I was facing a DUI charge that happened out of the area. Mr. Prentiss has many connections in other counties and was able to work with the DA's office and even made a couple court appearances for me. He took great care of me and made sure I was aware of what was going on. This is the guy you want in your corner. He's not afraid to go to trial and gets the job done without compromise.
