If you are going through a probate, Ryan Fender is amazing, Attorney. Ryan and his team did amazing work for me and I will go to them again if I had another probate.

Ryan has helped me twice with a family trust. He is friendly and easy to talk with, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly. It happens that his notary is also his wife; she is a delight. I'm so comfortable working with Ryan. I have recommended him to friends and they are also very happy with his service.

Ryan Fender is an unbelievably dedicated and knowledgeable lawyer in his field. I had a very sensitive and emotional situation when my father died and my brother sued me and he helped us and was sensitive to my broken heart but also kept it real and calmed me down. Attorney Fender is an amazing professional. I was nervous about taking the step of creating a trust. I had made the attempt previously with an attorney who did not complete the project so this was a second try that gave me a previous experience to compare with. He took a huge amount of time with me in a first meeting asking great questions and trying to understand all of the details of my situation. He gave great suggestions based on what he was learning and helped me make decisions that then seemed so much easier than prior to our conversation. When he created the first draft of the trust I was impressed by how completely he had understood all of the information and even small details I had shared. When the trust was completed he took extra time explaining all of the steps I needed to take and prepared materials that made every step as easy as possible. Ryan Fender, Esq. was the attorney in charge of the intestate probate of my first cousin's estate. I am only one of 12 beneficiaries. Mr. Fender personally answered my questions by e-mail and on the telephone. He did so despite the fact that I was not his client and was not paying him for his time. He did it as a courtesy. He usually called me back within 2 days. I don't see how he could have been more helpful. He also did a really fine job settling what turned out to be a very complicated estate. He's a fine, courteous and most professional attorney.
