I had some questions about continuing support from my long term marriage and Mr Bawden was exceptionally knowledgeable assisting me with the pros and cons of continued litigation as well as overall best case scenarios for a long term solution. He took his time and answered all my questions and concerns as well as relating other previous cases as examples. I truly believe he was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to get another client. Please consider paying for a real consultation rather than just getting a free consultation, which may cost you in the long run.

Mr Bawden is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable. My divorce turned out to be much more complicated than I originally thought and I was very thankful that I had hired him. My ex made it, at times, very difficult but Richard thoroughly explained the law and had a plan to address each situation. In the end, my divorce was settled on very favorable terms for me. Despite the fact Richard had to take on my case at the last minute due to unfortunate circumstances; he represented me very well. My ex refused to follow the orders we had in place and because of that our problems escalated. At this point, I don't know the result of the evidentiary hearing but I do know Richard is an intelligent attorney and he will put up a fight for you.

I hired Mr. Bawden on the referral of a neighbor. I trusted him. Unfortunatly, he did not earn that trust. I spent many months and thousands of dollars waiting for some help. I think he was over his head with my husbands attorney possibly intimidated. He may be able to do simple divorces where everyone agrees. He knows his paperwork....every one....but if you are looking for an honest fighter, please choose another advocate. His staff is friendly. Wish I could say more.
