Ryan has been so patient and so helpful! I have been going through an emotional family matter and he keeps it real and calms me down. He's so knowledgeable and anticipates potential happenings and in so doing helps to avoid unnecessary issues. I'm so grateful for his help and his incredible knowledge!!!

I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Fender today and discussed the details of an issue with my fathers trust in which I am both a beneficiary and trustee. He consulted with me in a respectful manner and dove deeper into the details than I even expected to on our first call. At the end of our call he left me with a few options for next steps and referred me to other attorney's who may be better suited for the different options that we discussed over the course of our call. I am out of my depth in this situation and Ryan was the first attorney that I was able to reach by phone, so I am not sure if this level of professionalism and courtesy is standard when it comes to a first time consultation but I would recommend at least a conversation with him to see where you stand on the specifics of your case. Mr. Fender was a huge help through the entire probate process. He was super informative and thorough whenever I had questions or needed help (even going so far as to answer my questions while on vacation). I cannot recommend him enough. If I ever have to deal with probate again, he'll be my first call, and he should be yours too.
