My husband and I recently hired to Ryan to review and ultimately update our trust and wills. Ryan was thorough, organized and extremely helpful. Ryan listened carefully and maintained contact throughout the process. He was flexible and accommodating of our situation - my husband is extremely ill. Ryan took the time to make sure we both understood all aspects of our final trust and the related documents. I have already recommended Ryan to family.

I read quite a few reviews before calling Mr. Fender. I chose him because of his reported genuine concern for the well being of his clients. Any successful attorney has to understand the intricacies of their profession and know how to win a verdict, but not all of them are caring and compassionate, and for me personally, that makes the difference between a good rapport and a great one! At the very onset of our conversation, I admitted I was doubtful I had a case or at best, a weak one , but before I threw in the towel, I wanted to be assured I had no legal rights to contest a trust. Knowing he wasn’t going to earn a dime, he could have politely apologized there was nothing he could do and said goodbye ( blow me off as we say). Instead he talked with me for half an hour, respectfully and graciously answering every one of my questions by explaining the law pertinent to my particular situation. Although our interaction was brief, I was very impressed with Mr Fender and endorse the validity of the great reviews I read from others who have done business with him . He knows the law and he knows how to treat people with dignity.

Mr. Fender was extremely professional. Yet he was highly knowledgeable but still personable. I went on-line with some questions in regards to the estate/probate of a loved one who had just passed. Mr. Fender not only emailed me but called me personally. Other attorneys told me to call back in 40 days or never replied back. In comparison, there were none. Mr. Fender was so helpful and gave us a wealth of information. His communication skills were excellent and he explained the law clearly and was so precise. Mr. Fender took the time to listen and judge what our needs were; when during the loss of a loved one it can be hard to know where to even start. Mr. Fender took the time to answer my questions and gave me the opportunity to call back if I had more questions. Other attorneys didn't offer these qualities or extend an invitation to speak with us further. The first concern with others was the amount of the estate and their cost. Mr. Fender gathered the information and gave professional input to which I never felt pressured. When the time arrives I would hire Mr. Fender for all our legal needs. Thank you for being a true professional but yet compassionate at a time that is so overwhelming.

Ryan is very, very thorough and detailed, covering a lot of materials. My wife and I have learned a lot more now regarding living trust and estate planning which was not possible to know before we met Ryan. Ryan takes a lot of time to explain things that we sometimes could not follow. We highly recommend Ryan!

Mr Fender was easy to work with to resolve our probate issue on my father's home. He addressed the issue to find the quickest, least expensive way to be able to sell the home. He worked with us to have all the documentation complete that was needed to present on our court date. His knowledge and diligence to our case was beyond our anticipate level of professionalism.
