Lawyer Ryan Fender helped us with a probate that involved a decedent from a foreign country and a beneficiary from a different state. It was a gnarly case full of twists, turns and black holes and would have made anyone else give up or stop taking my calls, and yet he was kind and patient always. His capabilities as a professional were obvious right away after our first conversation, he is also resourceful, refreshingly passionate about what he does, has an objective mind, deals with things in a timely manner and speaks in legal terms I could understand. He made a horrible situation a lot more bearable. Now that our probate is closed I will miss greatly working with him. Although it appeared that Ryan Fender is competent lawyer but I have found that he has lied about how to handle my wife’s death. He stated that I did not want to talk about my wife’s cremation when I was willing to do so. What a shame.
