Where to start. From the moment I contacted Mark after being hit by a car while riding my bicycle he was immediately on top of things and thoroughly explained the process for me. From start to finish he was in constant contact and handled everything for me and was able to settle the case with two different insurance companies for the max amount possible. He took care of all the hospital inquiries, invoices, etc and was a huge relief during the process. That relief was worth more than I can describe. As being a young adult, it was overwhelming thinking about how I was going to handle my first car collision, but I was recommended Mark by a friend and I was not disappointed. In a previous accident that my family and I were in I ended up having to do everything. It was frustrating because I didn’t know what I was doing or how badly I was being taken advantage of.
