Mr. Silva was very responsive and was very helpful regarding a criminal arrest. I’m 56 and had never had a criminal arrest before. He was professional and reassuring and advised me that my case would probably not even be filed by the DA.

I met Patrick Silva recently and found him to be well spoken and well read as one would expect an attorney to be. However what sets Patrick apart from the crowd of lawyers vying for your business is his humanity and his willingness to help his fellow human beings. Great experience. Took time to speak with me and even though he was not able to take my case because of the distance away it was. He was able to recommend me a lawyer that I will have a consultation with later today. Really does care about the little guy and is will to do what it takes even if it is recommending me elsewhere.
