Great Service. I was able to get my case processed quickly and with no hassles. I was always able to communicate with them. And received great customer service. Gave my family the best relief that was needed.

When I realized that I needed to file BK I was nervous and had no idea where to go. I found Mr Tucker's information online and gave his office a try. From my first meeting everyone was very helpful and willing to explain the process, no matter how complicated. Due to entanglements with my x wife my BK was a little more complicated. I always felt that my case was important to the firm and felt like I was a priority. Over all I was very happy with the service, price and results.

I have called 2 attorneys regarding the same matter and did not get the help I needed in my case. By the way, I did not have an option to tell you that it was regarding an Adversary Case that was due to a debtor showing me (the creditor) on his chapter 7 bankrupty paperwork. Mr. Tucker was the only attorney that gave me the information I needed to pursue my case. He also offered other services that would help me resolve the case as soon as possible but I could not afford his additional services at that time. If I cannot get the information he told me I need by researching other revenues, I will gladly seek Mr. Tucker's help at that time.

Wayne Tucker is an excellent attorney. He made sure to keep me well informed on the status of my case on a regular basis, always asked tons of questions to make sure I was satisfied with the standing of my case. His dedication, and hard work to provide all information and legal documents pertaining to my case made the process easy and simple. Additionally, the staff at his office are friendly, and always helpful when you call.

Wayne is an excellent attorney who has the interest of his client in mind at all times. I would and will use him again when needed. Wayne has continued to work on my case and has kept my wife and I informed on what he is doing and what he plans to do next. he has given us hope on a case that has burdened us for the last 7 years. I am sure the lawsuit brought against us will be dismissed very soon. I made the mistake of going to a paralegal to answer papers prior to going to Wayne. The paralegals did not explain anything and when I hired Wayne I found that the paralegals had actually did us harm.
