Recently my mother became very ill and was in an out of the mental hospital. She was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and didn’t know who she was anymore. I became very concerned and I knew that I needed to step in and take care of her. Susan answered all of my questions and concerns in a very detailed and timely manner. She walked me through the entire process of being granted sole conservatorship over my mom so that the state of California did not step in and take control of her and what happens to her. I was very overwhelmed by everything going on and Susan really helped put my mind at ease. Even before hiring her she answered all of my questions and was very honest with what to expect out of the entire process. Susan is very clear when explaining everything, as it is a very confusing situation with all the paperwork and things that needed to be done within the court system. I am happy to say that the court granted me sole conservatorship and I am now taking care of my mom so that way the state is not. Susan is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have had in the past and still have this day. She is always available by email which makes things like answering any questions I have,very quick to receive. Being that I am only 34 years old this entire process was very overwhelming to me but Susan made me feel so comfortable and confident regarding the situation.
