Her office is easily accessible and her professionalism shines through her quick communication response and her exceptional organizational skills. I needed a Heggstad petition so I contacted Lauren Rios. She sent me some links that made it very easy to upload the documents she needed for the petition. She estimated that it would take between 1 and 2 weeks to get the petition, which was a lot sooner than I could get it in my county. However, she was able to get the petition to me in only a few business days which was excellent! I highly recommend the Law Office of Lauren Rios.

I can't say enough good things about Lauren and her firm. I'm involved in a very difficult estate. They filed a heggstad petition and had it approved by the court in less than 10 days from our first conversation. That's very fast, even pre covid. Her process is very digital user friendly and her communication requests were always met with the quickest responses .

Lauren was amazing to work with! My father passed away 8 years ago and his trust administration was not completed. Lauren explained to me what had to be done and was very precise and very willing to answer any questions I had. After all was said and done, she was able to complete what I needed in a quick professional manner. I definitely recommend her if your needing anything done in estate planning or administration.

My wife and I were looking for a trust attorney and were referred to Lauren by good friends who had worked with her on their trust. We were very pleased with Lauren's thoroughness throughout the process and for making the whole topic understandable for a lay-person. She is very organized and communicates regularly and clearly. She was also very understanding when we changed our minds on various decisions, and revisited some items multiple times. Lauren also suggested that we consider estate planning for our children who are over 18. She worked with our kids to capture their wishes in wills, powers of attorney and health care directives. I do not recommend Gardella & Gardella. Like another reviewer, I had several bad experiences with Jenifer in which she completely stopped responding to my repeated calls and emails. I am appalled at her lack of courtesy and professionalism and can't believe she operates her law practice in this manner. She also billed me for an email in which she offered condolences for the passing of my stepfather and simultaneously offered her legal services. I actually tried to hire her for those services but she never followed through with what she offered to do and never communicated with me again and then had the nerve to bill me for an email.

Joseph has no time for his clients, he takes several weeks to respond, and let’s you know that “it’s not the end of the world that your case is delayed, because he has other cases that take priority.” He reminds you that the price he charged is Pennie’s compared to what others would have charged and expects you to wait until he gets to you. I don’t know that Joseph knows what professionalism is as his tone in emails is snappish.

The first meeting went very well, I was very happy, and hired her. However, after a month went by (the time she said it would take to do a couple of minor changes), I called and left a message. Three times I called, over a month's time, and not once did she call me back. No professionalism, no respect, no manners, nothing! The fourth call was the last, I was guaranteed a called back either by her or the receptionist and nothing! Neither called back to let me know what was going on, and why the delay. It was a big waste of my time!

When I first met Jennifer I was impressed. However, I have called her 4 times, leaving messages and have not gotten once single response! It has been 10 weeks since I last met with her to make a couple of small corrections to my living trust. She said it would be done in 4 weeks and I still have not heard a word! Very nice office staff but terribly dissappointed!
