Mr. Ahmed: You said you're terminating the contract if I don't t apologize? I'm not apologizing to you for my grievances and your horrendous mistakes. I understand you quite otherwise. 1) you missed court 2) failed to get stipulations signed 3) you advised the plaintiff that she has enough evidence to get an order. 4) you offered money before having my approval 5) you sent an email to the client's attorney when specifically directed to not do so in that manner. At this point, our relationship is irreparable and damaging. I wouldn't recommend this office. If any person will give a chance to this office , I advise you to take the hourly rate and not pay before your expectations are met. I paid them in full and have been getting terrible service ever since. You need to be held accountable.

Unresponsive

One of the worse lawyers in San Mateo county. Hardly returns phone calls. Hardly comes to visit you and explain what’s goin on if you are a inmate. Came last minute and talked me into signing a last minute deal. Felt like he worked with the DA. Did not do a lot of things he said he would do. Hard to get a reach of. Paid him over $10,000 for nothing. Would of been better off with a public defender probably. Heard from many other people that his lawyer is horrible.

He won our case!  Dean represented me in a civil harassment case with my lunatic neighbor.  When I was served with a temporary restraining order, I knew I needed legal representation.  I heard about Dean through a friend.  I immediately called him and had an appointment within days.  I knew from our first meeting, I wanted to hire him.  He’s sharp!  A great listener, professional, and organized. On our court date, Dean proved to be everything we needed to win!  Our opponent was an aggressive bully and in court his behavior was no different.  Dean had no problem putting him in his place.  Our hearing was exciting and shocking.  After our opponent saw Dean's hearing brief, the bully stormed out of the court room and fled the building. It was a classic hilarious moment!  Our troubles were over.  The temporary restraining order against me was dismissed.  In addition, the judge ruled in our favor by ordering a 3 year restraining order against our neighbor.  The bonus to it all…our neighbor was ordered to pay a portion of our legal fees.  We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome!  Dean totally exceeded our expectations.  Thanks to him, we had a few great chuckles and can sleep a little better at night.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband. He got his sentenced reduced to less than 3 years when he was actually looking at a long time in prison. Ross took the time out of his own schedule to contact me and update me on how my husbands court proceedings would go, and what to expect when I couldn't make it. For that I will always be thankful.

As with others, I will agree this is a 5-star attorney. He defended me with ardor, was very knowledge-able, and responded to my requests with a sense of urgency. I chose him specifically because he understood my situation as a human being, not a number, and I am 100% confident he treats all clients this way. Best of luck in your defense.

Mr. Hayden did absolutely nothing for me except postpone my case and its being going on 2yrs for a extremely easy case I am very unhappy with his conduct he never returns any of his calls he made me feel like I wasn't good enough to represent
