The high caliber of service displayed by Peter Gimbel and his team is hard to put into words. Peter went up against a huge prestigious organization in my behalf with such finesse,confidence and true grit he actually made it look so easy. I was a bit nervous during Covid-19 didn’t know what to expect. However before I could even voice my concerns there was an email stating “When it comes to WC do not worry, we got this, Your case doesn’t stop. We are here to help.”😁 I loved how he kept me informed every step of the way actually educating me as we went along. His expertise, attention to details, knowledge, professionalism, and compassion especially when I informed him I was the primary caregiver of my 96 year old precious Mom he showed such concern. Peter and the team is very responsive and supportive and follow up with any questions I have promptly and get back to me ASAp and at the same time educate me on how the process works. This review is way over due. I was referred to Peter half way through my workers comp claim. After months of back and forth with the WC claims adjuster, who made me feel intimidated and made me feel I didn’t have many choices, I retained Peter. He immediately took action, and guided me through every step of this claim. He educated me and made sure I knew what my options and rights were. I appreciate his staff for always taking my calls and making sure I got an answer to my questions. They are knowledgeable and great at what they do!

There are no words to truly describe how amazing this lawyer is. I was in a terrible workers comp situation and felt I had no way out. I am a dancer and was badly injured 3 years ago. I was sent to a terrible worker's comp facility and doctor who pressured me to do a physical evaluation I was not prepared nor was trained for (it was 6 hours long and was all manual labor). They told me if I didn't do this, I would lose any assistance towards my case. I did not know my rights nor had anyone truly in my corner. This 6 hour evaluation was nowhere near what I did for a living as a dancer and there was no way I could possibly succeed as I was told to be on "bed rest" for the 6 months prior. When I received a "failure" in the evaluation, the creator of this heinous test told me I would never dance or have a job in my field again. To say I felt hopeless was an understatement. I truly felt alone in what I could do. Especially because they kept claiming I was lying about my injury. It took some time for me to feel confident in finding help, but I finally decided enough was enough. Through a lot of research, I found Mr. Gimbel's profile. I was impressed by his positive reviews and decided to make a consultation. Immediately I knew Peter was different from any other lawyer I spoke to. What made me decide to sign with him was that I could tell he had a heart of gold. It mattered to me that when it came to my case, he wasn't just seeing me as another number. He saw what I went through and was genuine in wanting to help. He was the only lawyer that took the time to answer questions, was specific in how he would work my case, and was confident he could help me. In what felt like no time, he sent me to a proper doctor and clinic who specifically worked with those who managed chronic pain. Moreover, he made sure I was getting the necessary care I needed, getting whatever elements of care I could be provided with. Three years later, we continually dealt with worker's comp issues, waiting to appeal denials towards treatments, trying to get them to work with us and not against us. And it came to the point where the only option left was to get out from the situation and settle the case. It was an extremely difficult situation and Peter was there throughout the whole process. Even after constant and I do mean constant harassment from the worker's comp, he was there to keep me sane. They kept trying over and over to prove I was "lying" and Peter and his team worked tirelessly in proving them wrong. They really went above and beyond. We finally as of the end of last year settled the case and I can happily say that this terrible weight has been lifted..and it is all thanks to Peter. He believed in my case. He believed in me. And as I continue to work hard towards my physical health again as a dancer, I hope to make their office proud.
