All documents were stored on Google drive and separated by folder so that I can access them anytime. She is very careful and dedicated. After the phone calls, she emailed me in each step with detailed guidance about what I should do. She is also very responsive via email. Emails were replied quickly even that was at night or during weekend. When the other party had questions, she patiently explained with many examples or documents to clarify.
