I had a very bad experience with her. She is very rude.

After carefully researching many estate planning attorneys I was fortunate to find the Law Office of Vidhya Babu. I was impressed with the thoroughness of Vidhya’s website which addressed many of my concerns and the positive and respectful experience and ease of our communication. Additionally, I was grateful that Vidhya was available via Zoom by which we were able to conduct all our business to my satisfaction. I took all the time I needed, and Vidhya patiently and professionally addressed all my questions. Since I had spent many months researching, I was relieved that Vidhya was able to simplify and implement the process of restatement of my trust to comply with current law, and ultimately that would allow my document to remain current in changing circumstances. I am confident that my current trust will be able to effectively meet any situation due to these enhancements. It was a pleasure to work with Vidhya and her staff.

Doris drafted my premarital agreement in 2017 and, 7 years later, helped me with my uncontested divorce. My prenup left no margin for error and allowed me to confidently enter into a marriage contract without concern for my assets. When the unfortunate time came, she guided me through the divorce process and ensured my premarital agreement was upheld and, even more importantly, my custody arrangement was amicable and the terms were favorable. She is professional, extremely responsive, knows the law extremely well, and is a pleasure to work with. I feel extremely fortunate she is the person I chose to represent me for both instances and, without hesitation, would work with her again!

Vidhya is simply the best! No one enjoys making end-of-life plans. My husband, Mike, and I delayed our estate planning for years. Fifteen years ago, we had a false start with a cut-rate lawyer. One session with this utterly incompetent attorney drove us into the caring and ultra-competent arms of Vidhya Babu. What makes Vidhya so perfect for her profession? She actually enjoys what she does. This means she is motivated to keep abreast of estate law, which she is then able to explain in clear English to her clients. And she doesn’t roll her eyes when you ask her to repeat! And sometimes repeat again! Vidhya has infinite patience. After our first meeting in 2010, Vidhya would only occasionally nudge us to ensure we were making progress. She understood our procrastination. Vidhya listens. We always felt she understood our requirements and was supportive as we struggled with our decision making. Thanks to Vidhya, Mike and I have wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced health directives, and a revocable trust which was created in 2010. We updated these documents in 2016, and then earlier this year, we did a complete rethink and rewrite. Mike and I whole-heartedly recommend Vidhya as a consummate professional who will guide you as painlessly as possible through your estate planning.

Wow! When you're dealing with the court system, you're at the mercy of their judgement - at least, that's what I thought before working with Silveira Law! Craig is an outstanding attorney. He drew up a contract for my new business that met the exact specifications that I needed. I was impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, and communication. He walked me through every step of the process and was able to answer all my questions and clarify any legalisms I did not understand.
