I love the Bay Area Legal Aid

Called to get advice about my mom's probate, was told to call the bar association and was promptly hung up on. Is that really a way to run a business? Also, the receptionist voice was muffled most of the time which added to the frustration.

Personally anyone that deals with Michaela just watch out she’s not a good person at heart and on top of that they make you do all the footwork there. unprofessional they say they’re going to do something they never do it like I was told that they were going to do be there forever me all the way so when it came too jury trial for me ,they want to tell me at the end of my deposition negotiation settlement that they cannot no longer take me as a client because they felt like i wasn’t going to win so then I had 48 hours to find a lawyer on weekend for court that Monday She left me high and dry in the blind be careful they’re sneaky

Was in end of help they provide as much has t hey could but I never got mycase resol e there however I try other ourselves for assistance 😉 but very good very resourceful

Set in front of the building until it posted that open at 9:30 the still no one came open the door no one was at work nor was the telephone service any help

The receptionist has bad customer service skills. Unwilling to help too.
