Marbely Gutierrez and Everyone has been so helpful throughout the process even with it taking over a year from start to finish but I understand the process is quite difficult. I recommend them to anyone looking for help with filing a claim.

I would highly recommend the Lemon Law Experts to anyone needing help with a lemon vehicle. My 2024 Lyriq EV experienced several high voltage battery warnings that the dealer could not seem to fix. It had been in service for the same issue no fewer than three times. I had contacted General Motors about a repurchase of this lemon vehicle (2024 Lyriq) on three occasions and was denied all three times. It was extremely frustrating and GM would not tell me what criteria they were using to deny my claim. Each time they said, "bring it back to the service department, we will fix it." I had lost confidence in the vehicle and GMs ability to fix it. I contacted the Lemon Law Experts and after they reviewed all the service records they took the case. It took 5 months to conclude with GM but they eventually bought back the vehicle for the purchase price plus registration fees. 3-25-24 contacted Lemon Law Experts and shared service details 4-09-24 signed contract with Lemon Law Experts 4-17-24 Demand letter sent to GM 5-11-24 GM agrees to buyback the vehicle 7-17-24 GM supplied settlement documentation with $$ numbers 8-15-24 Vehicle surrendered to GM dealership 8-26-24 Funds received
