Mr Hernandez lied to me about my police report. He stated I said something and when I asked to see it he told me, "pretend you saw it" that I said it and why would the cops lie. He told me he is good in with the DDA and goes to lunch. Then my next court date I wanted to fire him, he talked about my case in front of others in the waiting room. He told someone to "shut the f up, who the f are you". I was pressured, lied to and withheld evidence until a few minutes before having to sign. I was threatened that if I didn't sign, even with a new lawyer, I would have to go to trial and if found guilty doubled time. The morning of me signing, Mr Hernandez created a very stressful and chaotic atmosphere. He lied the whole time saying I admitted to something, and I never did. Nowhere on that police report. But I was told, well it doesn't matter now. My decision when signing was based on false, fear and threatened pressure.
