I had a complex DV case in which the prosecution was unwilling to negotiate a plea bargain. Multiple lawyers were unable to bring resolution to the matter, then I retained Mr. Delimon to take over the case. He immediately went to work putting the pressure on the prosecution and ultimately got two felony DV charges reduced to a 415(1) misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace which allowed me to retain my 2nd amendment rights. He leverages his relationships with the bench and prosecution effectively and commands the courtroom with his sharp wit and tongue. He is a master of his craft.
