Everyone at CAL-LAWYER PLC WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT , THEY WERE VERY GENEROUS IN GIVING ME ALOT OF TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL PROCESS IN DETAILS, AND MOST IMPORTANT THING THEY GET THE JOB DONE FAST , THEY WERE ABLE TO EVICT A TENNANT WHO DID NOT PAY RENT IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS, I REPLY APPRECIATE THEIR SERVICE.AND DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK TO THEM FOR ANY LEGAL ADVISE.

This man helped our case for nearly 3 years (yes my boyfriends baby momma is crazy and kept trying to file different stories) also she tried to max out 💰 for more child support! Xavier caught her lies and switching stories and every attempt she made, Xzavier was able to shut it down and fight for my boyfriends rights with child custody/restraining order and child support, thank you Xavier 🙏!

The services they provided started out great, but somehow I ended up in the"Sunken Place." My court documents weren't submitted properly by no fault of mine, and company made no attempt to rectify their mistake. They went on to compound their mistake by sending me into court with representation that couldn't do their job because the proper docs. Weren't filed. To compound the issue they began acting like I created the problem. Don't get behind the 8 ball with these guys. They will "shuck and jive" you ;while taking your money.

We had 2 evictions going on simultaneously with the Cal-Lawyer firm this month July 2022. One was a complicated case with highly problematic tenants. The Cal-Lawyer firm managed both cases without any issues and yielded a successful and quick restoration of both my properties. The Cal-Lawyer managing attorney and all staff I worked with were very efficient, professional, and highly knowledgeable in their field.
