Mike Razo represented me in a Domestic Violance Restraining Order and Child Custody/ Visitation case verse Joyce Holcomb. He was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to all the accusations in court. He was very strategic and prepared in court, he had all the information ready for opposing counsel exposing the reality of our case. He was transparent with ever question I asked. The top qualities I saw from Mike was that he was true to his word, honest, and I felt like he wasn’t just trying to take my money as part of the black hole that is the family law system. From Dead Beat Dad to Child Custody I have been using Bill Bratton for 4 years now in Family Law during my divorce, we have been through everything from child custody issues, income determination issues since my ex was self-employed (with the adjoining business evaluation), and the return of property as well as the division of property. I am not proud to say it was really bad, really a mess, and really started out one-sided and unfair. Bill has a level of strategy and patience that was hard to trust at first because we want to fix stuff that’s unfair RIGHT AWAY!? Right?! You need to trust Bill Bratton and trust the process, as difficult as this sounds, the Family Law Court seems stacked against guys when it comes to Child Custody and Spousal Support. I left my wife on July 9th, 2012, and started out with another attorney in 2013 on a referral from a friend. If my case had been anything like easy, normal, amicable, or negotiated, I would not have EVER met Bill Bratton, and would have negotiated a 50/50 split and shared custody settlement with my Ex, but my Ex was greedy, awful, and mean about the entire mess, and refused to cooperate and refused to even let me see my own kids, even on Father’s Day with a court-approved Supervisor, it was really crazy because my ex had worked in setting up and running a self-employed business doing bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, payroll, and claimed ZERO income. When child support and spousal support garnishment came, I was immediately at 50% wage garnishment, WHICH WAS NOT ENOUGH, so from DAY 1 there I was a “Dead Beat Dad” even though my ex was lying about her income and “cooking the books”. I had to switch Attorney’s to Bill Bratton on good Family Law advice, when everything was stacking up against me. For 27 months my ex carried out misrepresentations to the court of her income and her expenses, ‘lived in’ or ‘withheld’ our home without making ANY payments, and had a free new truck to drive while I made those payments, too. Bill Bratton is methodical, strategic, deliberate and gauged. While I was almost in panic mode, Bill kept me calm and stayed on his strategy. Eventually, everything turned around, one thing right after another, including having my Ex ‘Fined’ by the court $1250 for ‘contempt of court/ failure to comply’. Today I have custody, and our 2 youngest daughters live with me, I pay no child or spousal support, and my Ex has remarried and moved to New Mexico. Our property settlement was accurate and legitimate. My advice: beware of pipe-dream attorneys who push clients to do anything, say anything, accuse others of anything just to ‘get a leg up on’ them in court, or, promise ridiculous unjust rewards for playing dirty, that’s the type of attorney my Ex had. I have Bill Bratton, and am blessed that I do! After Divorce settlement 11 months later my Ex 'Rehired' her attorney to try and get one-sided visitation and vacation scheduled since she moved to New Mexico, and attempt to alter provisions of the Original Settlement (even though the ink had just dried!)

Bratton is reliable, extremely smart in matters of the laws in his practice, and works with you in regards to payments, and known in the community of law. If you’re considering hiring an attorney, please read this review! I ended a 20+ year marriage, and the sole provider the entire time. Significant assets, and my ex, had no translatable skills in the workforce. Most everyone wrote me off to the states reputation, favoring the party in need and not the provider. I interviewed several Attorneys and was looking for a few specific traits: •Business Acumen My assets included stocks, and stock options, and believe it or not, many Attorneys are not completely well versed or comfortable in the different types and how they work. •Negotiator I needed someone who was a deal maker. The court outcome was too risky in my particular case, and more importantly, it would have cost an arm and a leg to go the distance! •Reputation Its so important to consider reputation when selecting an attorney. I was interviewing another attorney and i asked her who she respected in the industry and she was the one who ultimately gave me Bill’s name. Every attorney has a reputation amongst themselves and the court. It is critical to select one who is respected by the parties who will be involved. I saw judges act very dismissive with attorneys who I could tell did not have credibility. I’m convinced a settlement was made possible because of Bill’s reputation and ability to work with the other side. •Cost versus price While Bill was not the cheapest hourly rate, he told me during our consultation that he often saves the client money because he negotiates a favorable settlement. That is exactly what he delivered to me! A very fair outcome at a fraction of the cost my case was worth! As unpleasant as divorces are, my experience with Bill and his team made the process much better, than I’ve heard from others, who selected other attorneys. Bill under promised and over delivered, and I knew from day one, and at least ten other attorney interviews later, he was my guy! I hope this helps someone out there because I empathize with all of the feelings you’re going through! That’s why it’s so important to select the right professional to represent your legal interest through this process!

HONEST.. FAIR..BRILLIANT!!! MR. William Bratton has represented me on more than one occasion. He is not intimidating until he walks through the doors of the courtroom. He commands a presence without the air of arrogance. As his client, you feel protected and safe. Mr. Bratton makes it very clear he will fight for you. He takes your concerns seriously. Mr. Bratton does NOT over promise. He will only advise a plan that he feels confident in. Trust him. His intuition is impeccable.

Had an appointment with them. They never called for the appointment nor apologized for it. Thats already unprofessional. I had filled out the paperwork and turned it in. I dont work so i left it blank. I have money saved up and my fiance works so he was going to pay for the service. Im pretty sure they assumed I couldn't afford their services so didn't make the effort to help me. Judging a book by its cover. Which sucks since they seemed like a good place according to other people who received a good service from them.
