I hired Mr. Bratton to represent me during my divorce. Mr. Bratton was always quick with responses whether by email or phone call and always had an answer for me. There was never a point where I felt I was not getting the best advice for my situation. The billing was extremely fair I thought, and the entire staff was always very professional. I greatly appreciated all the support and advice throughout the process.

I cannot recommend Danielle strongly enough. If you are looking for an attorney who listens to you, fights for you, and has a favorable reputation with the courts, then you should certainly trust her with your case. Her communication is timely, efficient, and effective. Danielle is more than fair in her billing practices and she knows when and how to push in the courtroom. The Judge in my case had nothing but complimentary sentiments toward her and it is evident that her competence has impressed many. I do not give my highest recommendation lightly, especially in such a contentious arena as the legal system. Also, I was not incentivized in any way for writing this review. Do yourself a favor and invest in your future by hiring Danielle Linker for your case.

Danielle and her staff were outstanding. Her level of attention to detail was exceptional. She was clear and concise when explaining things to me and it felt like she truly cared about what I was going through. She is very personable and compassionate but knows when to put the detective hat on and let her bulldog mentality come out when it is needed. I had a few consultations prior to retaining Danielle and after speaking with her I knew she was the one that would get me a fair outcome in my divorce.

I had 3 lawyers for 4 different cases in 2 counties… Danielle Linker was by far the best and made the other 3 cases a breeze. When I first hired a lawyer I didn’t know what to expect and thought the treatment I was receiving was just how it went. Danielle and the team at Bratton and Razo showed me how a professional firm operates which was far superior to what I had become accustomed to. As I came to learn, my case was extremely complicated and she went above and beyond to deal not only with the Riverside Family Law Court, but the District Attorneys office as well. She responded to all my questions promptly with all the information I needed, she prepped me for trial well, she was amazing in court at the trial. I can’t say enough good things about her my entire life is different (for the better) than what it was just a year ago and Danielle was a big part of that. Danielle won me my restraining order, which got me full custody, which won me my child support hearing.

Ms. Linker is truly an amazing attorney! She is very knowledgeable in family law. I met with several attorneys to determine who was going to represent me in my divorce proceedings. I knew quickly it would be Ms. Linker. She came across honest and sincere. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me the facts and applied the law. She provided solutions that saved me money and netted a positive result. She is truly a professional who knows what she is doing. I strongly recommend her and would use her again, if needed!

Going through a divorce is a very traumatic experience. Emotions can get in the way of making good decisions. Danielle was so instrumental in keeping me on track and working toward a fair outcome. I was so impressed when I wanted to be able to settle and not go to court which would have cost a lot of money. She was very supportive of my settling which surprised me, most attorneys want to go to court as it is much more lucrative for them. I know that some attorneys will even feed fuel to the fire to amp up the conflict between parties. Danielle did not do this, she remained fair and was able to explain in an honest way what I could expect in all scenarios. I am happy to report that ultimately we were able to settle and did not go to court, and surprisingly both my ex and I were happy with the end result...imagine that!

Danielle and her staff did a great job at handling my divorce case and the baseless restraining order my ex brought against me a year later. She did an excellent job of walking me through the process and explaining what was going on. She was always always available to answer any questions I had and did a great job preparing for the hearings. Danielle wasted no time in asking the judge for a motion to dismiss once it became clear that my ex was grasping at straws and had absolutely no case. Her tenacity is unmatched and I would not hesitate to hire her again (lets hope I do not have to though!)!

If I could give zero stars for Elizabeth Lord, I would. Disappointed, frustrated, and disgusted does not being to describe the situation. If you have any complexities in a family case, especially as a father, she is not the one to represent you. Almost $20k into it and 1.5 years later she can't beat a one star attorney, nor was she able to do anything about the other party not following the judge's court order. After going to court, she was unable to persuade the judge to enforce her own order - now why anyone is allowed to not follow a very specific court order defies logic, yet here we are. Save your money, represent yourself, because Ms. Lord will not put you in a better position and you will not be better off with her very expensive and overrated services.

Danielle Linker was highly recommended to me by my former well known divorce attorney. I needed a strong, smart fighter in my corner as my ex-husband was trying to get full custody of our special needs son who was almost 18. We had already had a 3111 court ordered evaluation with recommendation not in the best interest of our son. Long story short Danielle went to court for me and was able to convince the Judge to not go to a long trial and to keep orders as is! If you have a chance to meet with Danielle, you too will feel and know her confidence!

I retained Mike Razo as my attorney in my Divorce. I consulted with a few attorneys, but Mr. Razo had a far better understanding of the unique issues of my case, in particular the financial nuances involved in separating our assets and debts that were entangled from our 10-year marriage. We had one particular asset that required specialized knowledge. Emotions were running very high and I could not have handled this matter without him. He was always available and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me from agreeing to things that were against my best interest. I would recommend Mike Razo and highly recommend you retain him at the onset of your divorce or separation so that you don't make any decisions that go against your best interest. Thank you, Mike, for helping me through one of the toughest experiences of my life.
