PSA: If you are a young father do not use Reel Father Rights as your law firm. They will take advantage of the fact that it is your first time dealing with lawyers, there is little to no communication and they over charge while showing up to court without submitting the proper paperwork. There were three instances when my lawyer showed up without the proper paperwork being submitted & they blamed it on their machines not working at the office each time. I ended up dropping them as my Legal Representation during my case and did better off representing myself after wasting 24,000$ on them. I had heard nothing but good things about them from this page. From my personal experience they took advantage of the fact that I'm a younger father and have now stated that I will not be refunded when I had around 2,200 still in my account at the time of releasing them as my Legal Representation. I have already reported the firm to the Better Buisness Bereau as well as the State Bar. This was the worst experience with a buisness I have ever had so I wanted to make this post to raise awareness around the Reel Father Rights Law Firm.

Got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyers office. They made it seem like I’d win and talked all this stuff up but when it came down to it, they were just full of complete lies and just wanted more and more money. That’s all they seem to care about and when they wanted money it was instantaneously they wanted it. You know the thousand dollars or $2000 that day but it’s funny because now when I told him I don’t have any money and they’re gonna have to close out my account. It’s gonna take 2 to 3 weeks for me to get my money back. That’s still on the retainer but yet when they needed money they wanted it right away. I spent over $8000 with these people, and they were completely useless. All I got was lies and lies from their intake people about how it was only gonna cost a certain amount of money, and then they just kept on wanting more and more money. This place is a complete scam, all they care about is money. They knew from day one I didn’t have a job and I was using my last remaining savings but yet they just acted like $3000 was nothing or 2000 or $1000 was nothing when they call me two times in one week three replenish money when they knew I didn’t have it and had to borrow it now I’m out over $8000 and they were completely utterly useless, beware their intake People will say whatever they want to make you happy just to get you to sign up with them.
