My husband had serious charges against him since September 2017 our first lawyer took a big chunk of money and felt as if he was against us, switching to Mark and his team was the best choice we have ever made.Other than the fact that he was going to for sure be deported Mark did his best with the toughest DA to get my husband minimal charges and no deportation. Mark Cantrell is a partner or is also employed with The Kavinoky Law Firm. He represents clients in the Riverside CA area for KLF. KLF and MC failed to respond to client's legal questions regarding, DMV Suspension Hearing and other pending legal matters with respect to the DUI charges. Client wanted assistance in locating other parties involved and interview all potential witnesses with use of an internal Private Investigator or even by the attorney. Time was of the essence and no private investigator acted to assist Client, nor did attorney speak with witnesses. Client released KLF and MC, when KLF failed in interviewing potential witnesses or sending a Priavate Investigator to conduct what client hired KLF for. Subpoenas were not issued as requested by Client and were needed for the DMV Hearing. Circumstances and the police reporting a witness claims and statement was later discovered with new counsel to be not accurate or even exercised by this witness. High price tag charged for a Big Disappointment and frustrations. Zero dollars of retainer refunded. What wad received is a p "Not Guilty" I mysel could have done, a conti ueance, standard form letters for dates and times of court and DMV hearing dates, Discovery. New counsel took over and was not assisted with clients work product or file.
