I am very grateful to Mr Eugene Carson for a job well done as my attorney. He handled my case very professionally. He did not guarantee me anything, but he did a superb job Of settling my case with superb results in my opinion. I was facing 3 pretty significant misdemeanor charges. He was able to get these reduced down to one disturbing the peace charge with a very low fine. All other charges were dismissed. Thank you Eugene for a job well done. I was facing a felony burglary charge. Had a lot of evidence working against me. Called Mr Carson’s office and explained what was going on and how it was a huge miss understanding. Mr Carson believed in me and took my case. My cousin was facing the same charge with me but she had a public defender. First day in court her public defender advised her that she should take the very first deal she got offered because it was the best she would get. Mr Carson told me to have faith in him and give him time. So 8 months after turning down that first offer, I am clean. He got the whole case dismissed. No jail time, no charges, no fines . Nothing at all. This man is great. His office is very help and always keeps you in the loop. I Give him 100/10. Thank you Mr Carson.

this man shouldn't be able to defend the people he does. PRIME EXAMPLE "BONILLA, ABRAHAM DAVID" someone this guy represented is a scumbag. in 2001 he stabbed my parents, then years down the road he ends up killing his own aunt and a baby shower. Marty should have his license removed. but hey to show just how bad he does his job ABRAHAM DAVID BONILLA was found guilty. and he's facing 2 life sentences +88 years oh if only that time could be handed down to the scumbags representing them aswell

Eugene Carson dragged my case for five years and cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees. He lied a lot and made himself and his co-counsel attorney Christopher Abernathy and Jack Zuckerman CPA a lot of money as a result. He is a very dishonest attorney.
