Nicole represented me in my case, she was always honest, great comunication keeping me posted on my case, made sure that things went smooth and was able to have my children back in my custody really quick. We love Attorney Nicole Anderson! She’s still on our case and this last court hearing really proved her skills and fight, as we got continued visitation with our grandson even though the odds were against us and the recommendation from the social worker was to end our visits and leave them at the “discretion” of the opposing party. Attorney Nicole is smart, quick, retains information in her head without a pen, and is brutally honest and outspoken. So if you’re looking for a passive and meek attorney who will agree with you on everything and tell you what you want to hear, then she isn’t the one for you. But if you’re seeking a no-nonsense, aggressive woman to take your case, then she’s the one I recommend. Be prepared to hear it like it is when you hire Ms. Anderson, because she’s a “no frills” attorney who shoots it straight and gets down to business and gets things accomplished.

Jeremy and Dana are great people. Honest, caring and upfront. We had one goal, gain full custody of my son. Jeremy and Dana fought for this goal, advising us through out the case.
