I hired Mr. Bratton after being referred by my sister. She was very pleased with his services so I decided to set up a consultation with him. Bill was upfront with me from the very begging. I appreciated his honesty, understanding and his attentiveness to my concerns. He was very thorough in documenting every conversation and was quick to advise me on how to handle my ex. Being a father of three young daughters, I expected to fight an uphill battle with custody. Bill fought for me and got me what I deserved...50% custody!! He was there through my entire divorce process which included division of all assets, child custody, pension and retirements. Through the 2 1/2 year process, he made sure I was prepared for all court hearings and mediation, he returned all phone calls and emails in a timely manner and he made me feel that he sincerely cared about my case. Bill is worth every penny I spent.

It has been an honor to be represented by Mr. Razo. He helped me dismiss a Domestic Violence Restraining Order case filed against me. Bill Bratton handled my divorce/custody case. I was completely stressed out before my consultation wondering how I was supposed to support my kids in my situation. I'm not a typical reviewer, trust me when I tell you.. Bill Bratton knows the law. I tried to divorce my husband in 2018 and phoned Bill Bratton to represent me as he came highly recommended. I did eventually go back home and let Bill know that I would no longer require his services. I feared that if the day came again where I needed help, i was going to be out of luck. Almost exactly to the year, I was finally ready. Even after releasing him, he was so welcoming to me and said that he would represent me. I was elated and relieved as I knew already I would be taken care of. I needed a capable successful attorney that would be gentle with me and firm on the laws of divorce. My husband was less than cooperative and Bill presented the case in a way that defended my best interests. He fought for everything that I was entitled to without wavering. I had a bit of a messy divorce where my husband was not being too kind and Bill was always professional, direct and just an all around nice man to work with. He cared and that was a big plus for me. Bill was an absolute savior in helping me gain full custody of my children. I had already had 2 lawyers prior who were completely unsuccessful at getting me even a fair custody agreement to my kids. Bill came highly highly referred to me from a client of mine so I took my last attempt at using a firm to represent me. This review is for Elisabeth Lord. She has given me peace in this chaos. Most lawyers I've encountered have that almost arrogant "win at any cost" mentality, Elisabeth is very genuine and focuses on what's important. I had no desire to play dirty or get a "one up", I just wanted things handled appropriately and to make sure my children and I were protected. She's thorough, detailed and she understands the emotions involved.

The attorneys at Bratton, Razzo & Lord will go out of their way to make difficult situations as painless as possible. They are honest and do everything in their power to get you what you deserve in all family law matters. I highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else ever again.
