We don’t have enough words to thank Attorney Kia! Our newly graduated teen son was falsely accused of harassment by a young lady who was his childhood friend. She filed a restraining order although he didn’t even know where she lived. We had never dealt or knew anyone who had dealt with this type of legal hardship. We knew we needed an attorney and a good one as this could affect his future. I did my research online and found Attorney Kia with impeccable reviews. I reached out on a weekend and didn’t expect to get a call until Monday from his staff. I was so wrong, within minutes attorney Kia was calling me. He patiently listened to a fretting mother and explained what the order meant. I could tell in his voice that he was fully invested. When we hung up I knew he was the perfect attorney for us. He met and spoke with our son and got to know him. Kia treated his case as if he were defending his own. He knew exactly how he was going to respond to it and demonstrate his innocence. On the day of the hearing we walked into a courtroom where the judge had already made up his mind, he stated he was going to issue a restraining order. Attorney Kia asked the judge if he could question both parties. The judge although reluctant, the allowed Attorney Kia to speak and ask both parties questions. Attorney Kia carried himself in a very professional and ethical manner, while he addressed both teens. He knew exactly what to ask and how. Long story short we left with a dismissal! Attorney Kia was with us all the way. I’ve worked for attorneys and I know how hard it is for them to speak with you because of how busy their schedules are, but Attorney Kia makes time. He was fully invested and always available to speak with us. To finalize if you are ever in a legal bind and need quality legal help don’t think about it call Kia! Thank God and attorney Kia our son can now continue with his life without an unfair charge on his record. Thank you so very much attorney Kia! Forgot to mention his amazing staff!
