After consulting with many other attorneys, I chose to retain Kia firm for my case last march. My experience is very much in line with the other 5 star reviews. He is transparent, compassionate and very knowledgeable about the process and made sure I understood and comfortable with every steps. I was able to reach Kia and staff(if he wasn't available) when I needed them by text, email or phone. If you need a lawyer who pays attention to detail, experienced, works diligently, sets realistic expectation and responsive, you will find that here in his firm. Also, even after case was over ("Dismissed"), I needed some documentation from the court, staff immediately sent someone to court and emailed me the documents. I am very satisfied with my experience with the firm and highly recommended.

So my experience so far has been great. Kia was able to get my case dismissed but within 6 months following a diversion program I can have no misdemeanor and no felony and do driving classes for the 6 month period due to a misdemeanor hit and run . Very blessed
