Since my previous probate attorney was not able to handle my case, I was referred to Ms. Borgia. I was very pleased how quickly she was able orientate herself to the complexities of the Conservatorship that was in place for my developmently disabled adult daughter. I found her knowledge of probate law and issues to be complete and her legal advise on my case to be viable. She helped me to feel comfortable with the outcome of my last court hearing which supported my daughter's current board and care placement and the current Conservatorship.

Ms Borgia was retained regarding a rather difficult and complex estate/probate. She displayed an excellent understanding of the law and communicated it well to the Administrator. Her demeanor at all times was very professional instilling confidence in me as she walked me (the out-of-state Administrator) through the intricacies of California probate law. The Court hearings went well and her pleadings/filings were accepted without exception. She was pleasant to work with and very reachable when we needed answers and/or guidance on a particular issue. Typically when I work with attorneys, they are hard to get ahold off. They work 8-5 and to Contact them most have a screening system first. Not Kristine. When I came to Kristine for help, she was literally my last resort. I had lost my mom and grandma three months apart, and was under alot of stress. As the only heir... Kristine was recommended to me via the title company that was handling the title for my escrow.
