The staff has been very upfront about every step of the process. Each member of the team has continued to provide Grade A customer service and I greatly appreciate how quickly they work to get the job done.

In the beginning I was pretty happy with everything. $5000 retainer. We went to court once in December. Our next court date is 2/22/24. I was told they needed another $3100. To prepare for the 2/22/24 hearing. I paid that. Then they called last week and said they needed another $3174.00 to prepare for the 2/22/24 court hearing. I said I already paid for that and I haven't seen any work done. I gave my attorney a thumb drive from a previous attorney that contained all of the necessary paperwork and court records. So, all of that had already been completed. I explained to the Billing Department that I already paid for any work needed for the 2/22 hearing. They sent me some time sheet breakdown to justify their insanely high costs. $550 to type an email? Seriously? $1500 for a 20 minute phone call? WTH? Anyway, if you decide to go with this firm be prepared to pay some astronomical fees with little progress. I'm into them for over $11,000 and haven't seen anything different than any other divorce attorney couldn't do. In fact, most of the behind the scenes paperwoke was already completed before I hired them. Last week I was contacted by a quality control person from the firm. I was asked to do a yelp review. I gave this company a great rating and explained how they were doing a good job so far. Later that same day I was contacted by the billing department telling me that they needed another $3174.00. If I didn't pay it they would drop my case and keep all the money I already paid. I told them that I will be changing my yelp review to a negative result.

Very bad communication. No follow uos no updates, no call backs, once they got your money deposited you will be ignored basically.

Great start, disappointing finish. Things started off great. We won a ridiculous DV restraining order which the lawyer deserves credit for, even though I didn't need to take the stand. I was told that people make mistakes and that I would be ok. Then it turned bad. My custody case was pushed out to accommodate new clients. I had 2 paralegals tell me this. Then my lawyer files all my paperwork, which I paid for, the evening before my hearing on 12/15/23. The Judge refuses to read it and my ex wife gets what she wants. When I questioned my legal team, I'm basically told not to believe my lying ears or eyes. After this, the optimism is gone and I'm facing severe consequences and will have a problem with the rescheduled hearing, according to my kegal team. Now, after over $22,000 in 3 months, I'm broke and need to settle to give my ex what she wants. 💯 regret. If they try to belittle my review, I still have all the text and emails. The communication and customer was horrible. They often failed to follow through on most of their promises. Please save yourself the money and hire someone else. UPDATE - I called client care as the owner suggested, that was another waste of time!! All I got was an apology and thanks for the feedback. They still have all my money. What a garbage law firm. Absolutely garbage.
