The intake person was very helpful answering my questions and was very Understanding of my situation.

I ended my retainer with this firm after bad service and failure to communicate effectively. On 3 separate occasions now I have asked for my final bill and have paid it. A total of over 11k. After I ended the retainer with this firm I was charged and additional fee to substitute attorney even tho the case was over, I paid it. I was told that was the last bill. Now I received another bill because apparently they had to have a conference call about it and am conveniently bieng charged again. And i was charged for the phone call i had to make in order to resolve this.This firm is using bad tactics and ethics in their billing and fails to communicate with their staff. How is it that the billing dept can guarantee that my bill is final and then I get more sent to me. Leadership has asked me to reach out but they don't respond to emails or return my calls

During my initial shock and desperation to learn that I had lost all rights to my son, I stumbled across the Reel Fathers Rights website and called. I initially spoke to Alexis Lopez, who actively listened to my situation and gave me some hope with clear-cut answers to my immediate concerns. However, I had not yet signed up with Reel Fathers Rights as I was still comparing other Law firms. The solidifying moment when I had confidently decided to call back and hire “Reel Fathers Rights” was after watching Brian Mayer’s YouTube video describing “Parental Alienation,” as well as Ryan Dryer & Marks Reel's YouTube discussion on restraining orders, which instantly gave me a sense of immediate connection that sympathized with my exact situation. Choosing “Reel Fathers Rights” gave me the peace of mind to have a team that has my son’s best interest to re-establish the balanced life my son deserves. Thank you. Run far and run fast! These people are extremely unreliable. They have a call center that seems to be in a third world country. They'll give you the runaround every time and only take messages. When the attorney speaks to you, they'll try to prolong the conversation to get more money out of you. I was originally represented by David Taub. They swapped him out for Grant MacArthur on less than 24-hour notice. Grant MacArthur showed up late in a wrinkled up suit and basically gave me 15 minutes to decide whether or not I wanted to take the opposing council's deal. There was really no work done. They took two retainers and resolved one issue that was already thrown out in criminal law. After they put me in the worst possible spot and I told them to pause, they then made up more reasons to get another bill in excess of the two retainers. Not to mention, they took weeks to sign the substitution of attorney and send over a file delaying work for my new attorney. I should have paid attention to the use of "Reel" over "Real" utilized in the firm's name. Thankfully I've gone with another attorney. I've now paid these people over 10,700 in order to it get rid of a salacious claim that was already thrown out in criminal law. I hope I can dig myself out of the hole that this firm put me in.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Worst experience ever. I'm a current client, called four times now and four times I've been told I would get a call back and they've failed at that four times now. Trying to get my retainer back and they want to play the same games with this call back nonsense. Please get representation that you can trust. Once they break that trust how can you trust they have your best interests at the forefront.

The consultation went great. Payed them a 5000$ deposit on August 4. Its now September 20th and they have spent nearly 3000$ of it and they still have no anwers for me or even filed so that i can see my child for the first time. That has been born for over a month now. And I've been a paying client longer but they still can't let me know when they are filing anything. Supposed to help me see child but now I'm fighting my lawyer just to get an update. Don't use grant mcarthur he was a complete jerk and unprofessional on top of just making excuses and blaming others in the law firm that nothing got done in my case. Wasted a lot of money here at this law firm and time with nothing ever being done in my case. Please use other firm if you care about seeing your child. Had to sit in office after being ignored for weeks to discontinue their services and get what money i had left back. That's why you can't find me in system because it took over a month for you to respond to this review
