This is the WORST law firm I've ever hired to represent me, our better yet NOT represent me. DAVID BROOKS is a HORRIBLE lawyer. Not only did he take my money, but he didn't show up at my court date. I had court on 3/20/2003, which fell on a Monday. I had a detailed conversation with him on 3/17/2023. I was unable to make the court appearance due to work issues and had notified him on our call this was the case. When I reached out to him to find out how things went he ghosted me. A month later, I get a notice from the court saying I owe 36k in back support and have to pay $1044 in monthly support. Stay as far away for this firm as possable.DAVID NEEDS TO CHANGE HIS NAME FROM BROOKS TO CROOKS.

DO NOT waste your money here! They played bait and switch with me. I paid 5K and got nothing but a court date, which I could have done myself and have done in the past. They are incompetent and intentionally waste your time so that they can back charge you later. I was initially told by an attorney that they would file my court paperwork in 48 hours, 2 weeks came and went. No papers were filed, I called repeatedly to get an update and no update was given until almost the 3rd week of them holding my money hostage.This situation was and is time sensitive since I had to move out of state for work which changed my visitation schedule. I asked them in the beginning how much it would cost me to have them do a simple change of visitation schedule, they could not give me a straight answer and I found out later on that it is because they wanted to take advantage of a father that was in a desperate situation having not been able to see my son in 4 months. I deeply regret calling them and hiring them as an attorney. I am now out of 5K and still haven’t gotten visitation rescheduled yet.

Called in for my custody battle I would highly recommend. Sergio was a great help.

Called for my brother and spoke to Gabe. It’s the best decision we could have made in getting help in this difficult situation. I recommend calling if you’re a father and need guidance on how to get to spend more time with your kids.
