I referred to miss Stacy threw my boss. She was awesome . I would recommend her to my friends for sure . Her team was awesome and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would email or text them and get a reply always. They had a payment plan which was very convenient. Stacy and her team are true professionals. I was a bit concerned they had their hands busy with so many cases, but when I saw all court documents were well prepared and Stacy understood the ins and outs of my case I was confident in their ability to perform. Unfortunately I've had to use a lawyer to secure the best interest of our family, but I'm glad that even though I have been forced into this position that I have Stacy and her team to help us get out of it in the best way possible. I would recommend Stacy to anyone that wants a lawyer who does their research, is well organized, and takes care of business.

What a nightmare. The attorney I hired at this law firm quit her job and no one informed me. The attorney that was assigned to me after this was useless. He got me in trouble with the judge causing me to loose custody of my son. After this the attorney refused to file for exparte. They basically left me with no choice but to cancel services and look for a new attorney. After doing research I found out that the attorney had just been licensed that month. Never did I get to speak with Stacy Albelais. I finally received an email from her when she wanted her payment. 1000's of dollars wasted on nothing. Thank God I found another attorney that was willing to fight for me. This law firm disregards that fact that it's your life and the most precious things in this world that they are dealing with. Stay away.

Stacy was a god send, not only did she keep me updated on everything during my case, she and her staff were all supportive and reassuring during the entire process. She did an amazing job at keeping me level headed while also keeping my expectations realistic. If you need an honest, professional and moral family law lawyer, this is your lady!

I’m here to share my experience that I had with this lawyer . Not only is Stacy extremely unprofessional BUT she will also do whatever she can to win a case including not lawfully notifying a person of a hearing that takes place. This lawyer also BASHED a pregnant woman who was extremely hurt during her pregnancy and when I went to file for a domestic violence case she said “shes lying and just trying to get her way with her custody case” as if coming out about a domestic violence issue isn’t hard enough for women. Although she initially “won” her case with her client she actually ended up causing extreme damage once I was able to get a super professional lawyer that I saved up for letting me know this woman can and will be held responsible for not notifying someone of their hearing (she will eventually get her bar removed because that is what I’m aiming for & I won’t stop till justice is served) my point is I would DEFINITELY think twice before handing your money to this lady, because you might just end up in a worse position even after you think you’ve “won” . Stacy also will try to talk to you about the hearing before it even takes place. She will try to belittle you RIGHT OUTSIDE the court room explaining what she THINKS will happen. Stacy does not care about the damage she does to children and families . She simply cares just about winning and will do whatever she can to do so. I’ll continue to post my review over and over again so everyone knows the truth about this awful awful person. The team in this office is terrible. One person (Candice) was adimant that everything was good for me I had nothing to worry about and I was going to win (custody). During my phone call with Stacy she was adimant I was going to lose. The first thing she said to me when she saw me in court was to prepare myself to lose my kids to my abusive ex husband. She never read my statements or talked to me about my side. This law office took my money and didn't even put in the effort to make sure they did everything to help me. If you want to loose a couple thousand dollars then go ahead and hire these people. If you want to actually win your case, find another lawyer. Don't be like me stuck doing both.

Stacy and her team were great from the start. She exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Don’t loose hope because you’re the father. You have parental rights and Stacy will fight for you, guide you, and always be available for you. Her team is professional and gets things done in a timely manner. Her team has excellent open communication with you throughout the process and answer any questions you may have along the way. I went in lost, nervous, and questioning if I even had a chance. Thanks to Stacy and the help of her outstanding team behind her, I was awarded full physical custody of my children. She defended me and fought for my rights. She was dedicated to my case and went above and beyond for me. I will continue to refer everyone I know to Stacy; you will not find a more determined, caring, or head strong lawyer than her in the San Bernardino county. I am forever grateful to Stacy and her amazing team.
