I want to say that working with Jeanne Normandeau was incredible! She kept me up to date throughout my whole case and always answered my messages promptly. We both have a military background and she spoke to me in a way that was both comforting and reassuring. I have to hands down say my Five star rating sits with Jeanne Normandeau - She navigated my case and got me a better out come that was originally being offered. She advised me in everything I needed to take care of after and really thought the whole picture out with me, gave me honest feed back and told me the realistic directions how the case could go with the “if they - ”. I live out of county and 7 hours away so she made this painless and smooth. Mind you I have priors and this case has been lingering and the DA has not allowed me to plea out, She made it possible.
