It started out good. They were very communicative and sent updates. However, after a few months, I would receive no updates even after multiple requests. Went to ER to find out that I had permanent damage to one of my eyes. They seemed to ignore this when requesting compensation from the insurance company. Not only that, all my bills went to collections, and when I reported this to my representative, I was told that I needed to pay them myself. When talking to representatives of these places, i was told all they had to do was present some type of document and it would have prevented my account from going to collections. They sent me to medical establishments that they had "relationships" with, but these places turned out to be extremely over priced and massively reduced the amount I received in my settlement. They are terrible at communication, and still, 2 years later have yet to resolve my wife's case because they are still trying to beat up facilities that they sent us to over cost of treatments. They want them to except less money than what they charged. Really wish I had gone with a different firm.
