One of the qualities that Ty has, is the ability to listen to his client. I would venture to say that the majority of your clients are new to the situation they are in, just like I was. I had many questions and concerns. You took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. That is something I will never forget. You put my mind at ease. So the thing I look for when hiring an attorney is if they’re willing to hear me . I hate when an attorney doesn’t let me speak and get my story told,if they do I feel as if they can’t get my point across. I also don’t like when an attorney comes off as arrogant or acts like they’re beneath you. Tye is none of those things he listens to you. He will stop whatever to hear you out. He cares, and he is extremely professional in court I was impressed with his casual word play. He is very smooth and he will fight to get you the best possible outcome. After the case he even took the time to send me a heartfelt message that went beyond my expectations. He is a great attorney but I hope I don’t ever have to get in contact with him again. My issue: Petition for a domestic violence restraining order was filed against me by my ex fiancé for a few annoying, poorly worded e-mails I sent her; none of which made any threats of any physical harm. Most people have a negative conception about lawyers. It's a social/cultural thing. Sort of like the way we watch the news and proceed to lay down blanket judgements about cops...until the day you need them. Then all your misconceptions go out the window and you hope to God you get one of the good guys. Well Ty is just that; he's one of the good ones. Ty helped me get through one of the most difficult times of my life. Besides the run of the mill legal counsel and advice I was entitled to, Ty also took care to reassure me that "it's not the end of the world". He really did his best to help me come out of my ordeal with as little damage as possible.
