I was hit by a car while crossing the street in downtown Huntington Beach. I was taken by ambulance to Hoag hospital. I had no idea what to do after Iwas released. I contacted Duque law offices for some legal advice and without further ado they ask for the police report of the incident. Their work lead to an amazing settlement. Very impressive law firm to work with.

I was involved in a car accident in December 2018 resulting in some serious neck injuries. I was advised by my doctor to rest for 4 months for me to recover completely, but during those 4 months I didn’t really know where to get the money for my everyday expenses because my insurance company wouldn’t cover it all. That is when I decided to contact The Law Offices of Brent A. Duque hoping they could provide some legal advice. It has been less than a year since my crash, and Duque Law won the full amount from the my insurance company. Also, I would like to extend my warmest gratitude to Jana for always contacting me and updating me through the process. I call them my A TEAM!

I have never had to use an attorney for an accident before. I was so worried it would be difficult. I had the best service and help from their team. Brent Duque and team helped me out with a major car accident I was involved in a while back. After reading some of the negative reviews on here, I needed to write one of my own. I don't understand the negative reviews on here. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I have nothing but great things to say about the Brent Duque team. From the moment I first spoke to them to the day my case was settled, they were on top of everything. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about you. If anyone that I know were ever involved in an accident, heaven forbid, I would highly recommend them to speak with the team at Brent's firm.

I was injured very badly in an accident that resulted in over 2 years of treatment. This was my first time being injured in an accident and I didn’t know where to start. They found specialist close to where I live and even booked the first appointments for me. It was a long road to recovery and even longer battle with my insurance but they never stop fighting for me and what I deserve. I was awarded with the max amount of my insurance policy. It was tough at first but they made it so easy for me. All I had to do was worry about getting well and they handle the rest. Was represented by the Law Office of Brent Duque after a head-on accident in Desert Hot Springs. Matthew and Jordan pursued the claim with vigor, and even though COVID 19 slowed down the process to a crawl, my lawyers were able to obtain the max amount from the other party's insurance to cover my losses, as well as the other three people in the vehicle with me. I really had the worst experience. I was told they would take 30% and ended up taking much more than that. At the time I had lost my job, my health, and then they took a much larger percentage than agreed. From my experience don’t trust them
