It was honestly such a relief to find this team. There are a zillion lawyers these days, so finding the right one can be a challenge. From the initial consultation I knew I had found the right team. They put my needs first and made me feel comfortable and at ease, even though I had a really challenging case. Daniel Moffatt was awesome. He was able to waive my jail time to zero days and reduce my 90 days community work to 20 days. Also negotiated my SCRAM unit time from 90 days to 44 days and I am able to remove my SCRAM unit today, which is day of my appearance at the court. Not to mention that he fought with DMV and I was able to drive while my case was in court and pending DMV. Nevertheless with his skillful negotiation with DMV and District Attorney (DA), after installing IGNITION Device ANALYZER (IDA), I will be able to reinstate my license within days.
