If I could give 10 stars, it would still not be enough to adequately share the outstanding service that I’ve experienced with Sandra. I have called her every day for two weeks, and she answers my call every time. I’ve even asked her the same questions, repeatedly, and she has no problem responding to my questions. One thing that really sets Sandra and this firm apart is the customer service I’ve experienced. I even had a question for her on a Saturday and she took the time to respond to me even over the weekend and told me to call her back if I needed to. I am so pleased with the service from them thus far. We have a little ways to go, but we are off to a great start. I have every confidence that they are going to represent me well. They are clear about what to expect and I feel as if my case is in the best hands possible. When I couldn’t get a phone call after days from other firms, I received a return call from them right away. No need to look any further, this is the firm you need to go with. I am very careful about where I place my reviews, as I am a review lead person and now I see why they receive so many five star reviews. It is earned and not just given.
