It Shows their open at 8 am but most of the lawyer's don't arrive until 8:40 This law firm is good but they also fail at making sure they give you all the details of what you need. They will also say there is nothing they can do if your settlement check is late from the insurance company, they will say that they the insurance company sent it out but all the do is take there word. When your check could still be sitting on the desk. Both me and my girlfriend (who is also using Diefer as her law firm) have done research and found out there are multiple things that both the Firm and insurance company LEGALLY should do but most don't and just take the easy way because it means less time the firm waste and less money the insurance company pays. If you email your lawyer or team, expect an email saying "we will look into it" within an hour but not hearing anything else until YOU CALL or EMAIL AGAIN. Yes they are great at getting offers and Responding for the first 2 weeks of your case, but after that it seems like they really don't care.

Unqualified Liars. Watch out! They will say anything during intake to get your business. Unqualified group. Make sure to get the qualifications to the person handling your case. Also I sent sensitive info to the wrong email provided by lawyer. Questionable on check back on work and dotting “i’s”

They are totally professional, I received all the support for the attorney’s and they guide me in all this legal process. Their absolutely amazing. The attorney are bilingual and explain me in Spanish everything. Their make me feel save and secure. I’m grateful with all of you.
