Let me start of by saying this is going to be a lengthy review. This law firm is pretty decent, to be honest. But, I hope and wish you good luck that you DO NOT get stuck with Ted Raczok. It's been over a year and a half since they won my case. And they still owe me $5,000. Ted, was supposed to file some paperwork and he received it late(his words. And never showed me proof.) And like I previously stated, over a year and a half later. I still have not received that $5,000. I started off by texting Ted once a week, just to see if he could help me out, with no response. I went to twice a week, with one single text each day. Since it's been over a year and a half. I've gotten to the point where I'm texting Ted, every single day, to the point that just recently, I'm texting Ted even on the weekends, from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. with still NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. Ted has ONLY responded to a letter I got in the mail that made him look bad, in my eyes. It's gotten to where I'm in DESPERATE NEED of the $5k, that my car has broken down, and I had sent Ted pictures of the price to fix my car that totals over $1,800, almost a month ago, with still, no respond. I with in construction, and my car is DESPERATELY NEEDED. Now I have to take Ubers to work, at different job sites might I add, ranging from Panorama City to San Bernardino, Victorville, ect... And some Uber drivers wouldn't accept my ride or cancel my rides, because of the fact that I'm taking tools. And I understand the whole not wanting to get your back seats damaged because of a rider taking tools, and even some Uber drivers would tell me that I should put more than 1 person riding out something of the sorts. Also to the point where I have 3 Uber drivers I recognize here and there, ask me "Which site is it today?", or "Who's house am I taking you to car pooling with today?". Listen I know it's a law firm and they get busy here and there. But, in my defense, over A YEAR AND A HALF WITH ONLY I'VE RESPONSE, that made Ted look bad. At this point I believe I'm owed not only the $5k but even INTEREST, in MY honest opinion. I'm tired, and I need to fix my car, and just be done with this law firm. Thank you for reading.

If you're looking for a good workers comp lawyer, this is the right place. They helped us from start to finish, and they answered any questions we had. They speak English and Spanish and have vary good receptionists, so staying in contact is easy. Don't be nervous about giving them a try.
